Cancellation policy

Standard policy
- More than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund less a 5% processing fee.
- 15 – 30 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund. Date changes possible at the host's discretion subject to availability.
Force majeure
If a government order, natural disaster, or major travel disruption prevents the stay, we will work with the host to offer a credit or full refund on a case-by-case basis.
Host cancellations
In the rare case a host cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund plus a goodwill credit toward a future Kaashi stay.
