Studio is our in-house services arm. We photograph, style, write and run the properties we list — so an owner has one team instead of six vendors.

What we do

Day-to-day running of the home — staffing, upkeep, guest handling and monthly owner reporting.

A full architectural and lifestyle shoot, shot at the right hour, edited for how the home actually feels.

Walkthrough films and short vertical cuts built for Instagram, listings and paid campaigns.

Set-dressing before a shoot, or a longer styling brief to bring a property up to Kaashi standard.

Pricing, policies, amenities and the written story — a listing that reads like a magazine, not a form.

Ongoing content calendars, captions and community handling for the property's own channels.
