1. What Kaashi is

Kaashi Stays is a curated marketplace that connects guests with independent villa hosts. Kaashi is not the host of the property; the host is the principal in your booking.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. You must be 18 or older to make a booking.

3. Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed when the host accepts your enquiry and you complete payment through the channel Kaashi or the host directs. Prices, taxes and fees are shown before you confirm.

4. House rules

Each villa has its own check-in time, check-out time, security deposit, and house rules. These are listed on the villa page and are part of your booking contract with the host.

5. Cancellation

6. Limitation of liability

Kaashi's liability is limited to amounts paid through the platform. Kaashi is not liable for the conduct of guests or hosts once a booking has begun, except as required by applicable law.

7. Governing law

Courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
